Version 3.8.0
Enhancements
Branding
S4A Maestro Rebrand (MAES-412)
Rebranded the application interface from Envoy Maestro to S4A Maestro.
Replaced all Envoy logos with S4A logos across all end-user visible front-end screens and tiles.
Removed all references to "Logistics" as an alternate designation for Maestro.
Note: Backend code references remain unchanged.
Material Transfers
Editable Receiving Plant for Movement Type 309 (MAES-323)
In Issue/Transfer Type 10 – Transfer Between Materials (movement type 309), the Receiving Plant field is now editable rather than defaulting strictly to the issuing plant, matching standard SAP behavior.
New Value Help Component – Receiving Material (MAES-339)
Upgraded the Receiving Material selection list using the new Value Help component (Material, Description). This eliminates previous display truncations (which limited the list to ~99 entries), ensuring all valid materials are listed.
New Value Help Component – Receiving Plant & Receiving Storage Location (MAES-340)
Replaced the dropdown for Receiving Plant with the new Value Help component (displaying Plant, Description, and City Code), resolving the previous 100-record truncation limit.
Implemented the new Value Help component for Receiving Storage Location (Storage Location, Description), dynamically filtered based on the selected plant.
Material Inquiry
MRP Controller Filter Performance Optimization (MAES-324)
Removed the plant-level dependency from the MRP Controller field. The dropdown now retrieves and renders only unique MRP Controller values, significantly reducing load times when applying this filter.
Company Code Filter Logic (MAES-325)
Streamlined the Company Code filter to display only unique Company Codes. Selecting a Company Code now automatically pre-selects the associated plants within the Plants filter.
Parameter Control for Filters (MAES-333)
Added parameter configuration support to enable/disable or hide the MRP Controller and Company Code filters, along with their associated processing logic, whenever required by environment releases.
Bug Fixes
Transfer Orders & Material Transfers
Open Transfer Order Generation for Material-to-Material Postings in SAP (MAES-422)
Resolved an issue where material-to-material transfers (movement type 309) executed directly in SAP failed to generate an Open Transfer Order. Open TOs are now generated as expected, preventing inventory from remaining stranded in WM interim storage areas (TR-ZONE / storage type 922).
Transfer Order Generation for Plant-to-Plant Transfers in Shared Warehouses (MAES-423)
Fixed a defect where Transfer Orders were not generated for transfers between plants sharing the same Warehouse Number (due to reliance on Posting Change Numbers rather than Transfer Requirement Numbers). Manual workarounds via SAP transactions LT01/LT06 are no longer required.
Item Count Alignment in Error Messages (MAES-102)
Corrected item index discrepancies in error messages across Issue/Transfer Types 01, 02, 03, 04, 07, 09, and 10 to ensure the reported item number matches the transaction details screen.
Material Inquiry
Saved Views Persistence (MAES-321)
Fixed an issue where saved views disappeared from View Management after drilling down into material details and returning to the main screen.
Manage Material Documents
Reset Button Behavior (MAES-381)
Corrected the Reset button functionality so that it clears all search filter fields simultaneously (Posting Date, Document Date, Creation Date, Material, Batch, Serial Number, Plant, Storage Location, Movement Type, Created By, Material Document Number, and Year), instead of clearing only Posting Date.
Excel Export on Mobile / Electron (MAES-415)
Fixed the "Export List as Spreadsheet" feature within the desktop/mobile client (Electron).
Subcontractor Stock
Attachment Dialog in Post Goods Issue (MAES-414)
Fixed the Attachments button in the Post Goods Issue workflow, ensuring the file selection dialog opens as expected.
